About Me

Quantity Surveyor | Cost Control & Estimation | Civil & MEP (UAE/Gulf)

I am a Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting pre-contract and post-contract commercial functions for civil and MEP works within a main contractor environment.

My exposure includes quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation support, tender documentation assistance, cost control support, interim valuations, progress measurement, and variation measurement & documentation across residential, villa, and infrastructure projects. My MEP scope covers HVAC, plumbing & drainage, electrical systems, and fire fighting works.

I am proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Primavera P6 (awareness), Revit, and Bluebeam Revu, supporting accurate measurement and cost analysis.

I have completed the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying and am currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying (Top-Up), commenced 2026 with expected completion in 2027.
